What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair services for ICU and Operating Room equipment at customer sites.
• Execute installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of equipment following company protocols.
• Implement Field Corrective Actions and handle associated administrative service delivery tasks.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide support for corrective maintenance.
• Provide technical advice and knowledge sharing to clients and end-users on equipment operation.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal departments to meet KPIs.

Requirements

• ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years of working experience in field service for industrial equipment.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore.
• English: Fluent verbal and written proficiency required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and ability to interpret service manuals.
