Broadcast Cloud Engineer (AWS)

Location: London or Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working required. Occasional travel across Europe may be required.

What you will do

• Design and build AWS-based cloud platforms for live audio broadcasting.
• Create resilient, highly available systems supporting 24/7 audio operations.
• Develop pipelines for audio ingestion, processing, and distribution.
• Deliver infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code, automation, and containerisation.
• Support migration of broadcast systems from on-premise environments to the cloud.
• Integrate vendor solutions and collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams across multiple markets.

Requirements

• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Background in broadcast engineering, live audio, or similar environments.
• Experience designing or supporting cloud migrations.
• Understanding of distributed systems, platform scalability, and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to work hands-on in a delivery-focused role with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience in media or broadcasting.
• Exposure to international or multi-region environments.
