Maintenance Technician II (Facilities)

Location: Arlington, Tennessee, USA; 100% onsite. Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Maintain, repair, and replace plant equipment, buildings, and facility systems while meeting safety, health, fire, productivity, and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot machinery, conveyor systems, Pick2Light faults, and related material-handling systems.
• Coordinate priority repair projects, schedules, preventive maintenance work orders, and daily work activities.
• Assign tasks and provide direction to other personnel while performing hands-on maintenance work alongside the team.
• Prepare maintenance reports, monitor employee time records, and maintain parts inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of related specialized or technical training experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance environment.
• Authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, Tennessee and work overtime as needed.
• Working knowledge of WCS, DMS, BHS, conveyor preventive maintenance, MHE systems, Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows.
