Senior Specialist, Employee Relations - EMEA

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end voluntary and involuntary employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Advise clients on terminations, resignations, transfers, employment contracts, redundancies, settlements, and related HR procedures.
• Lead workforce-reduction consultations, administrative hearings, separation negotiations, and termination meetings.
• Assess workplace concerns, coordinate employee relations cases, and support progressive disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal counsel, benefits, customer success, government bodies, trade unions, and other stakeholders.
• Improve offboarding and employee relations processes through automation, product development, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, legal compliance, and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, research complex HR issues, apply employment regulations, and provide practical recommendations.
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, negotiation, confidentiality, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Advanced business-level written and spoken English required; strong automation and AI fluency required.
