Senior Software Development in Test (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks and testing strategies for complex, cross-team product features.
• Own the automation roadmap for one or more modules, including strategic goals, execution plans, and success metrics.
• Build functional, performance, resiliency, and security automation tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop scalable test infrastructure for distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native platforms.
• Use AI-assisted tooling for test creation, maintenance, debugging, root-cause analysis, release validation, and predictive quality analysis.
• Mentor SDETs and engineers while improving automation practices, observability-driven testing, synthetic monitoring, and quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SDET work, automation engineering, and quality tooling.
• Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, debugging, and distributed system validation.
• Strong command of algorithms, data structures, databases, and scripting languages including SQL, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, performance and load testing, observability platforms, and monitoring systems.
• Deep expertise in API and backend testing, preferably with AWS, Kafka, Kinesis, and event-driven architectures.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development and automation, including intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, and agentic QA systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native QA automation architecture and scalable quality platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered testing platforms, autonomous QA agents, or LLM-assisted engineering workflows.
• Exposure to synthetic monitoring, chaos engineering, AI-assisted CI/CD validation, or intelligent release governance.
• Experience with microservices and workflow orchestration systems.
