Product Manager

Location: Dublin; onsite for the first 3 months, then hybrid with 3 days onsite

hirify.global is recruiting for a client expanding its digital product function as part of a major digital transformation programme.

What you will do

• Translate product strategy into technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Own backlog prioritisation, refinement, sprint planning, and the technical product lifecycle through release.
• Write technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business stakeholders on APIs, integrations, data models, and platform evolution.
• Make scope, priority, and delivery trade-off decisions to maximise product value.
• Review technical solutions and lead product demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and release communications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering software products or digital platforms.
• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and system architecture.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, modern DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale digital products.
• Strong Agile experience with Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
• Confident prioritisation, delivery decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or another regulated industry.
• Experience delivering integration-heavy or platform-based products.
• Knowledge of FHIR, interoperability, or enterprise systems integration.
