Head of Design (AI)

Location: Remote or New York, United States. Must be based on the East Coast of the US.

Salary: $168–$220 USD; final compensation is determined during the interview process.

What you will do

• Lead the global Design team and shape the hirify.global brand across campaigns, digital experiences, events, presentations, web, social media, and customer communications.
• Maintain and expand design systems while raising the quality and consistency of corporate and marketing assets.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers, improving workflows, project intake, prioritization, and career development.
• Partner with Brand, Communications, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Events, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
• Direct brand experiences across conferences, keynotes, customer and partner events, merchandise, environmental branding, and physical and digital touchpoints.
• Expand video and motion capabilities, manage external creative partners, and champion thoughtful adoption of AI-powered creative tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional design experience.
• 3–5+ years leading and managing creative teams, including teams of at least five designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional corporate brand work.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design projects across digital, web, campaigns, events, presentations, and brand systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing and the wider business.
• Must be based on the East Coast of the US.
