Senior Designer (AI)

Location: Brazil-based, remote

Monthly compensation: R$14,000–R$16,000

What you will do

• Create brand and marketing designs for campaigns, social media, web, events, presentations, product marketing, sales enablement, and executive storytelling.
• Translate complex B2B topics such as workforce transformation, skills, learning technology, and AI into clear and memorable visual stories.
• Strengthen and scale the visual identity across web, campaigns, events, and sales materials.
• Build templates, reusable assets, and production-ready files while maintaining quality across formats and tools.
• Use AI for concepting, image generation, layout exploration, presentation design, and video production.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Executive Leadership while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in graphic, brand, marketing, or digital design.
• Strong portfolio covering brand, campaign, digital, social, presentation, web, event, and sales materials.
• Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, imagery, composition, and brand systems.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into compelling visual stories and explain design decisions clearly.
• Experience using AI in concepting, image generation, layout exploration, and production.

Nice to have

• Experience with brand refreshes, rebrands, or visual identity evolution.
• Motion design, animation, video editing, or storyboarding experience.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, or other creative AI platforms.
• Knowledge of web design, UX principles, accessibility, and inclusive design.
• Experience creating design systems, asset libraries, templates, or self-service brand tools.
