Product Brand Designer (AI)

hirify.global is an AI Safety company building a safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems through natural-language policies that are tested, enforced, and continuously improved at scale.

What you will do

• Design landing pages from initial concepts through polished, responsive final designs.
• Develop visual languages, patterns, graphic systems, and illustrations for the website and product.
• Evolve the brand across product interfaces, launches, campaigns, social media, and events.
• Create concepts for motion, interactions, animations, and other dynamic experiences.
• Explore visual directions and turn rough ideas into strong creative concepts.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to bring ideas into production.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio across brand and digital design, particularly web design.
• Excellent visual judgment with strong attention to typography, composition, layout, and detail.
• Understanding of responsive web design beyond desktop-only layouts.
• Experience creating graphics and illustrations and experimenting with visual styles.
• Ability to take projects from rough concepts to polished final results independently and quickly.
• Curiosity about technology, AI, and the intersection of design and software; clear communication skills.

Nice to have

• Motion design skills.
• Experience with 3D.
• Creative coding or generative design experience.
• Ability to prototype ideas in code.
