What you will do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance actuarial pricing models for Pension Risk Transfer transactions.
  • Build cash flow projections, calculate reserves, and perform financial analysis.
  • Provide actuarial analysis supporting pricing recommendations, reinsurance transactions, and management decisions.
  • Partner with actuarial, finance, risk, and business stakeholders to validate models and improve governance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve modeling efficiency through automation, innovation, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
  • Apply actuarial judgment and critical thinking to solve complex business challenges and support scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience in pricing, valuation, retirement products, pension risk transfer, or a related area.
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation or significant progress toward Fellowship (FSA).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Experience developing actuarial models and performing financial analysis with actuarial modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
  • Adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement, including appropriate use of AI-enabled tools.
