• Analyze and map complex business processes to identify automation potential.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional requirements.
• Design and validate RPA solution architectures in alignment with business goals.
• Support the development team throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Cape Town, South Africa.
• Proven experience in business analysis within a BPO or BPM environment.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and process automation methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and requirement gathering.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
