• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Document detailed business requirements and functional specifications for RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of automated workflows.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical automation outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Cape Town, South Africa.
• Proven experience in business analysis within a BPO or BPM environment.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and process automation lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical documentation.
