Process Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the introduction of new products into mass production to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain assembly work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
• Optimize production processes, assembly sequences, and machine configurations to enhance operational performance.
• Establish quality assurance mechanisms such as PFMEAs and Control Plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing Lean practices and reducing production downtime.
• Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and 8D problem-solving efforts.

Requirements

• Technical vocational (MBO) or bachelor's degree (HBO) in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools including SPC, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and Control Plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Dutch language skills.
