Location: Remote across the United States or from the New York City office

hirify.global builds production workflow automations and platform systems for real mid-market operations.

What you will do

• Design and ship workflow automations for project management, accounting, email, and document-store systems.
• Build and maintain the platform layer hosting automations and operational data.
• Own the reliability of production systems used by operations teams.
• Work directly with the advisory team to turn operational findings into engineered systems.
• Evaluate useful AI tooling and apply it to client-facing production workflows.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals and sound judgment around system reliability.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node, APIs, third-party integrations, and data modeling.
• Experience building LLM-backed systems or the ability to develop deep expertise quickly.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical operators and identify real requirements.
• Availability to work remotely from the United States or from the New York City office.

Nice to have

• Exposure to construction, finance, or operations-heavy businesses.
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow tooling.
• Experience with Next.js and modern React.
