Associate / Sr. Associate Consultant (Epidemiology & Outcomes Research)

What you will do

• Support systematic, targeted, and other literature reviews, including search strategies, screening criteria, data extraction frameworks, and evidence synthesis approaches.
• Search bibliographic databases, screen studies, extract data, conduct quality control, critically appraise research, and interpret clinical, epidemiological, economic, and health outcomes evidence.
• Identify evidence gaps and insights, and prepare clear scientific summaries and qualitative or narrative evidence syntheses.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and support literature review reports, manuscripts, evidence/value dossiers, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings and deliverable presentations, contributing analytical insights and project updates.
• Guide junior colleagues, collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams, and contribute to methodology development and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification such as MPH, MSc, MPharm, or equivalent in epidemiology, health economics, outcomes research, biostatistics, pharmacy, public health, or a related life sciences discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in HEOR, epidemiology, evidence synthesis, or related research within pharmaceutical companies or life sciences consulting firms.
• Demonstrated experience in secondary research, literature reviews, evidence synthesis, and interpretation of complex scientific data.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with guidance from senior team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, plus familiarity with EndNote or equivalent reference-management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, teamwork, and independent-working skills.

• Working knowledge of AI tools and their application to research and analysis workflows.
