Health Economics Manager (HEOR/RWE)

What you will do

• Lead HEOR and RWE projects, maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Research unmet healthcare needs and identify opportunities relevant to pharmaceutical and biotech portfolios.
• Develop and manage multinational observational studies and healthcare stakeholder engagements.
• Analyze research findings and develop insights and recommendations to support client decisions and business growth.
• Present results to global clients and professional communities.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues and provide guidance to other health economists without direct line management responsibility.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HEOR or a similar role.
• Postgraduate qualification such as an MSc, MPH, PhD, or equivalent in Health Economics, Public Health, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Statistics, Economics, or another relevant quantitative discipline.
• Strong knowledge of health economic evaluation, real-world evidence, observational research, and market access requirements.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, project management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interpreting and synthesizing complex clinical and economic evidence and managing project timelines and finances.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Stata, R, or a similar statistical package; confidence using AI-powered tools for research, analysis, content development, and workflow efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with burden of illness, non-interventional studies, cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, or budget impact analyses.
• Experience with RWE, HEOR, and market access strategies; patient preference studies and elicitation exercises.
• Experience with literature reviews and research dissemination through posters and manuscripts.
