Director, Technology Product Management & Development (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Meet with end users and business stakeholders to identify pain points and translate them into clear business requirements.
• Design and build scalable product solutions, workflows, interfaces, prototypes, and data flows.
• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, success metrics, and lifecycle management practices.
• Evaluate custom development versus vendor platforms and make build-versus-buy recommendations.
• Build product features and configurations when hands-on development is appropriate.
• Direct internal development and external vendors while ensuring security, regulatory compliance, documentation, and operational alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, healthcare informatics, engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in product management, software development, business analysis, technology implementation, or digital product development.
• Experience with business requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and workflow analysis.
• Knowledge of product strategy, roadmap development, lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Compliance, Operations, business leaders, and vendors on secure and compliant technology solutions.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Agile Product Management certification.
