TL;DR
Coordinator, US Medical Research & Strategy (Medical Affairs/Pharma): Coordinating US Medical Affairs Oncology submissions, leadership activities, project schedules, budgets, meetings, contracts, and cross-functional planning with an accent on advisory boards, Program and Grants Committee processes, and sensitive document management. Focus on tracking expenses, preparing budget estimates and analytics, coordinating stakeholders, and improving administrative and project workflows.

Salary: USD $31.98–$47.97 per hour

What you will do

  • Coordinate Medical Affairs Oncology submissions for advisory boards, Program and Grants Committee reviews, consulting agreements, and other external expert engagements.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel coordination, appointments, meeting agendas, minutes, meeting logistics, and leadership activities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, meeting materials, presentations, communications, contracts, work orders, and records.
  • Coordinate with Oncology, Medical Research & Strategy, Legal Affairs, Meeting & Events, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track internal and external expenses, reconcile budgets, prepare estimates, analyze spending trends, and provide budget insights to leadership.
  • Identify process improvements, resolve operational issues, and escalate critical matters when necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with technology systems, word-processing and data-management software, and Microsoft Office required.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, manage sensitive documents, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience coordinating projects, budgets, meetings, contracts, and communications across multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Four or more years of prior pharmaceutical experience.
  • Medical Affairs experience.
