Manager, Principal Consultants (GuidingCare)

Location: Remote US; work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote work environment; travel up to 25% for client engagements and team leadership activities.

Annual US base salary: $141,000–$151,000.

What you will do

• Manage and develop four Principal Consultants through performance coaching, career planning, structured 1:1s, and stretch assignments.
• Own delivery quality, capacity utilization, client engagement standards, workload visibility, and engagement health for the Principal Consultant practice.
• Coordinate consultant assignments and partner with Directors, Delivery Managers, and Project Managers on complex and high-risk implementation workstreams.
• Establish delivery standards, knowledge-sharing forums, implementation best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support pre-sales and scoping through client discovery, requirements workshops, and SOW development.
• Serve as a senior functional authority and escalation resource; contribute to hiring, onboarding, capability assessment, governance, and leadership alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology delivery, including significant experience with GuidingCare® implementations.
• Experience spanning care management, utilization management, appeals and grievances, and data integration domains.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote work environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required for client engagements and team leadership activities.
