Customer Experience Associate

Location: Zejtun, Malta (Hybrid)

hirify.global coordinates customer orders, production, logistics, quality, finance, and delivery of goods.

What you will do

• Process purchase orders from Sales and the Project Management Office in the ERP system, checking data accuracy and supporting customers with order creation.
• Coordinate purchase orders and customer forecasts with internal production sources, confirming prices, production dates, lead times, and dispatch dates.
• Work with Supply Chain and Logistics on dispatch documentation, pickup and transportation terms, profit margins, customer receiving, and OTIF tracking.
• Coordinate payment terms with Finance, follow up on proforma invoices and outstanding customer payments, and maintain purchase order status reports using BI data.
• Confirm receipt of goods, manage customer complaints through the quality system, and complete Complaint Information Forms for after-sales issues.
• Follow company policies and participate in continuous improvement and learning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree at MQF Level 6 in Sales, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Good English language skills required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, resourcefulness, initiative, ownership, and patience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French, Italian, and/or German.
