Loyalty Manager (iGaming)

Location: On-site in Ta' Xbiex, Malta

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of potential and existing VIP players through calls, email, and chat.
• Build trusted relationships and deliver tailored player experiences that support engagement and long-term value.
• Reactivate users, upsell, and escalate players to VIP status when appropriate.
• Monitor deposits, withdrawals, wins, losses, and other player activity triggers.
• Execute retention campaigns and reward offers while tracking performance.
• Coordinate with VIP Managers, Support, and Payments teams to ensure a seamless player experience.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, CRM, or user engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Polish.
• Ability to build player trust without relying on excessive bonuses.
• Familiarity with iGaming products and user behavior.
• Comfort working with performance KPIs and user activity reports.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Slack, and dashboards; proactive, autonomous, and organized working style.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with VIP users or retention in the iGaming industry.
• Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
