What you will do

  • Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide professional service.
  • Resolve complex challenges specific to the gaming industry with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document interactions and feedback in the CRM to keep the international team aligned.
  • Collaborate with a global team to resolve high-impact issues for world-class brands.
  • Undergo continuous training to sharpen product knowledge and service mastery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in computer applications and customer service software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
