What you will do
- Manage seamless and professional communications with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Solve complex challenges unique to the gaming industry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed CRM documentation of interactions and feedback to keep the international team aligned.
- Collaborate across cross-functional global teams to resolve high-impact issues for world-class brands.
- Engage in continuous training to sharpen product knowledge and service mastery.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
