VIP Account Manager (iGaming)

Location: On-site in Ta' Xbiex, Malta

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries.
• Develop and provide personalized offers and recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate exclusive events, special promotions, and bespoke rewards.
• Monitor and analyze VIP activity and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the acquisition and retention of high-value clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in VIP account management or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Ta' Xbiex, Malta.

• Experience in the iGaming or related industry.
