Remote - KYC Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote — work from anywhere you want; shift work including day, evening, night, and weekend schedules.

What you will do

• Perform customer identity verification, document reviews, and player verification within regulatory timeframes and operational SLAs.
• Conduct customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence checks, including PEP and adverse media screening.
• Monitor flagged accounts and suspicious transactions, escalating AML concerns to Compliance or AML teams.
• Work with customer support and payments teams to resolve KYC queries, document issues, bank transfers, refunds, and wallet-to-wallet cases.
• Communicate directly with customers about KYC processes, document requests, and account status.
• Prepare audit and regulatory reports and contribute to improving KYC tools, processes, and workflows.

Requirements

• Previous experience in KYC or customer due diligence, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or financial services.
• Solid understanding of KYC/AML regulatory frameworks, particularly EU, MGA, UKGC, or other iGaming jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, documentation, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends.
