Senior KYC Analyst (US Hours)

Location: Moka, Mauritius; hybrid work arrangement. Working hours: US hours, 16:30 to 01:00.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily work allocation across the Global File Review team.
• Review client information and documentation for AML/CFT, CDD, and jurisdiction-specific compliance.
• Monitor review outcomes and support consistent quality and best-practice standards.
• Engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to obtain, verify, and clarify information.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation across systems.
• Report risks and issues to management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in business, legal, or financial studies, or significant relevant industry experience with HSC qualifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, compliance, legal, audit, corporate administration, or a related field.
• Sound understanding of AML/CFT and CDD requirements.
• Experience coordinating or supporting a small team.
• Strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to work US hours from the Mauritius-based hybrid role.
