What you will do

• Partner with Clubs and clients to understand business challenges, technology landscapes, and desired outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and connect Microsoft Fabric and Databricks capabilities to measurable business value.
• Lead problem exploration, requirements translation, solution shaping, business cases, and technical oversight throughout delivery.
• Guide multidisciplinary delivery teams and provide senior technical escalation, direction, and quality oversight.
• Identify and shape opportunities, proposals, reusable solution patterns, accelerators, and client propositions.
• Develop the wider Fabric and Databricks capability through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, training, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Expert-level, hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Knowledge of data-spectrum methods and techniques, from data warehousing to AI tooling.
• Ability to connect data and technology capabilities to business strategy and long-term roadmaps.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that create value for clients and hirify.global.
• Commitment to continuous learning and comfort adapting to new technologies, client contexts, and ambiguity.
