Senior Software Engineer (Integrations & Enrich)

What you will do

• Design and develop backend services for CRM integrations and data enrichment workflows.
• Build scalable REST APIs for secure data exchange between hirify.global and customer platforms.
• Own software across the full lifecycle, from design through production operations.
• Improve integration reliability, synchronization performance, and customer-facing data experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Customer Success, Data Engineering, and Platform teams.
• Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architecture and engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineering skills with Java, Scala, Kotlin, C#, or modern TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience building APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform, CI/CD, automated testing, and production support.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of Kafka and event streaming.
• Experience with ETL or data enrichment pipelines.
• Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, or AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
