What you will do

• Develop performant, reliable, and well-tested software for a high-performance exchange.
• Work across backend, frontend, deployment, analytics, and testing systems to solve technical problems.
• Build and optimize performance-critical components using distributed and event-driven Java.
• Integrate new technologies such as blockchain and design greenfield cloud-based systems.
• Collaborate through pair programming with developers and testers in small teams.
• Improve developer experience, reduce technical debt, and share knowledge across teams.

Requirements

• Passion for software development and strong attention to code quality.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-feedback environment.
• Experience or interest in writing performant, reliable, and well-tested code.
