What you will do

• Perform hands-on software development to manage and optimize various money flows.
• Architect and design new systems in collaboration with the Cash & Liquidity Management team.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems to ensure stability and performance.
• Integrate and work with vendor banking-as-a-service APIs.
• Automate manual operational processes by deeply analyzing real-world banking workflows.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in backend software development using Java and OOP/Functional principles.
• Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, message queuing (Kafka, SQS, AMQ, Kinesis), and distributed caching (Redis).
• Experience with NoSQL (DynamoDB) and Relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Active development experience in cloud microservices environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container platforms (K8s).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with financial backend systems.
• Experience leading teams or mentoring other engineers.
• Experience in performance fine-tuning.
