Senior Software Engineer

Location: hirify.global Poland office, with a minimum of 3 office days per week

What you will do

• Build and maintain apps, product integrations, and frameworks for strategic partners.
• Develop new integration versions with expanded features and capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, engineers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to refine requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Review technical feasibility, communicate recommendations, and complete project milestones.
• Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and participate in the on-call rotation.
• Contribute to code quality, documentation, project tracking, and the Agile/Scrum process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, including Java, PHP, C#, Node, React, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and testing methodologies.
• Experience with product support and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Proficient spoken English and availability to work from the assigned Poland office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience building partner or third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployment environments.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects.
