Senior Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management SME (Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM)

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the functional expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM across supply and demand planning, S&OP, order management, shipping, procurement, receiving, inventory, global trade, manufacturing, and quality.
• Support production systems through root cause analysis, permanent fixes, configuration, and continuous optimization.
• Translate business needs into system designs, configurations, integrations, extensions, reports, and deployment plans.
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts of proposed changes and maintain data accuracy across SCM modules.
• Evaluate quarterly releases, enable new features, and coordinate regression testing.
• Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing while driving supply chain process improvement and lean initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Oracle SCM experience, including 5 years with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Experience with at least five full-cycle Oracle SCM implementations and large-scale global projects.
• Experience in Agile and/or ITIL environments.
• Oracle Cloud SCM certification.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP architecture, configuration and controls, release management, data governance, and reconciliation.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in regulated medical device manufacturing and quality standards.
