Senior Analyst, Procurement Data & Analytics (Medtech)

Location: Remote across the U.S. with periodic onsite collaboration at the Chelmsford, MA site, approximately quarterly plus onboarding; Boston-area candidates may choose a hybrid arrangement.

Annual salary: $90,000–$110,000.

What you will do

• Design and deliver the procurement organization's first spend cube in Oracle Fusion Analytics.
• Build live, self-service dashboards for spend, supplier performance, categories, forecasting, supplier quality, and supply risk.
• Analyze supplier, commodity, site, demand, supply, and inventory data to identify savings opportunities and operational risks.
• Translate complex multi-system data into actionable insights for Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality Engineering, and leadership stakeholders.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and the data pipelines behind procurement analytics.
• Maintain supplier scorecards, cost and price variance analysis, procurement KPIs, and data quality across connected systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical function.
• Proficiency in SQL and structuring large, multi-source datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or another modern BI platform.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and data modeling.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings as actionable business insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement, sourcing, planning, or inventory data in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with spend analysis, supplier performance reporting, or KPI development.
• Exposure to data pipeline automation, exception-based reporting, predictive analytics, or AI readiness.
