Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer (Copilot)

Location: Remote in Germany; ideally in the UK or Germany

What you will do

• Administer and optimize SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Entra ID.
• Lead platform configuration, lifecycle management, feature rollouts, and advanced Tier 3 support.
• Design, build, and support Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell automation solutions.
• Support Microsoft Copilot deployment, governance, adoption, and AI-powered productivity initiatives.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, End User Services, and business stakeholders on scalable solutions, DLP, compliance, and identity management.
• Create documentation, training, and adoption materials while contributing to the collaboration and automation roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise Microsoft 365 experience.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise collaboration solutions.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform administration, governance, and DLP.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and compliance controls.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, PL-400, PL-900, or AZ-900.
