Controller (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA, United States

Salary: $113,000–$120,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

hirify.global develops and manufactures WatchPAT home sleep apnea testing devices and related medical technologies for diagnosing respiratory sleep disorders.

What you will do

• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger activities, provisioning, and other core accounting operations.
• Review and approve vendor payments, invoices, travel and expense activity, and related audits.
• Support accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close.
• Prepare financial data for management review and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate interactions with tax authorities and assist with quarterly, annual, internal, and external audits.
• Help implement accounting procedures and features and complete ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5–7 years of proven accounting and/or finance experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.
• Strong accounts payable experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, organization, communication, follow-through, and accountability.

• Management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
