Digital Engineering Coordinator (BIM)

What you will do

• Coordinate the quality and timely delivery of digital engineering design models for large-scale building services, defence, road infrastructure, and rail projects.
• Support design reviews and collaborate with design teams, contractors, survey teams, and information management stakeholders.
• Review Digital Engineering Execution Plans and implement digital engineering requirements across projects.
• Apply asset information requirements, data structures, classification systems, naming conventions, and validation processes.
• Support automation, reporting, workflow integration, and digital improvement initiatives.
• Resolve information gaps, assurance issues, and compliance requirements across design, construction, and handover phases.

Requirements

• Background in engineering, construction, or architecture with proven experience in digital engineering or BIM.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and digital information management principles.
• Experience working with point clouds, survey data, and other digital project information sources.
• Understanding of information hierarchies, asset structures, and digital information models.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on data quality, consistency, traceability, and completeness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across project stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Awareness of scripting, low-code platforms, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
