Service Technician (HVAC)

What you will do

• Diagnose system problems and repair products and equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, breakdown response, warranty work, hire assignments, and commissioning.
• Use diagnostic software, apps, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to complete service work.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical point of contact.
• Collaborate with the service desk, sales, operations, supervisors, regional service managers, and senior technicians.
• Prepare reports on completed and invoiced work orders and contribute to technical process improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a service or field-based technician role.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and use apps, diagnostic software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Appropriate skills-based certificates, including F-Gas certification.
• Availability for planned standby and call-out work on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Valid UK driving licence and confirmed right to work in the country of application required.
