What you will do

• Install, test, and commission equipment at client locations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or technical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Document service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, support, and logistics teams.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with troubleshooting technical equipment or systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
