Fund Administrator

Location: St Helier, Jersey; flexible hybrid working is offered.

What you will do

• Administer funds, management companies, and associated fund structures.
• Liaise with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis.
• Support company secretarial activities, including agendas, board packs, shareholder meetings, and routine meeting minutes.
• Maintain investor records and process investor changes.
• Prepare payment instructions, maintain the electronic payments library, and support fund expenses.
• Coordinate routine fund operations, regulatory filings, accounts distribution, and filing activities.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge and skills appropriate for a Junior Associate or Associate role.
• Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs and execute tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and intermediaries.
• Open-minded, adaptable, proactive, and data-driven approach.
• Willingness to support the induction, integration, and training of trainee staff.
