Administrator - Investor Services

Location: Guernsey, Guernsey; hybrid working

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day administration of alternative asset fund structures and related entities.
• Assist with investor onboarding and ongoing investor servicing throughout the investor lifecycle.
• Prepare investor capital calls, distributions, and related documentation accurately and on time.
• Respond to investor and fund manager queries and help deliver responsive client service.
• Work with KYC, Compliance, Investor Services, and operational teams to meet regulatory and service-level requirements.
• Support projects, process improvements, and initiatives that increase operational efficiency.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, investors, and colleagues.
• Client-focused approach with the ability to respond to queries professionally and efficiently.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to learning and taking on new challenges.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and confidence using technology.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to the wider team.
