Associate Inside Sales, Account Executive

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; 10–15% travel as required

What you will do

• Support account management for commercial and enterprise clients alongside the field sales organization.
• Own customer master data, CRM activities, quotations, and order execution.
• Lead sales cycles for existing products sold to existing clients.
• Plan customer experience center visits, quarterly business reviews, channel partner engagements, and direct customer interactions.
• Execute subscription and contract renewals through the full sales cycle.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities while guiding inside sales support colleagues.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, communication, phone, and CRM skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work across multiple systems.
• Goal-oriented, determined, and well-articulated approach.
• Multilingual fluency in French, Dutch, German, or Spanish is required for Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience in a quota-carrying sales environment.
