What you will do

• Review a set of advanced mathematical transformations for radar signal processing.
• Analyse the applicability of the transformations across radar modes and systems.
• Evaluate computational complexity for different radar modes and systems.
• Evaluate radar performance in scenarios involving target dynamics beyond standard assumptions.
• Build models and run simulations in Matlab or similar software.
• Review relevant publications with guidance from thesis supervisors.

Requirements

• Master’s-level student in Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Interest in mathematics and signal processing.
• Ability to conduct modelling and simulations using Matlab or similar software.
• The thesis project is suitable for two students.
• Security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
