Algorithm Research Engineer (Computer Vision)

What you will do

• Research, design, and develop advanced algorithms for 3D semiconductor metrology applications.
• Develop computer vision, machine learning, and 3D structure deconvolution solutions.
• Build statistical and probabilistic models, including performance analysis and error-bound estimation.
• Analyze complex datasets and signals to improve measurement accuracy and robustness.
• Collaborate with physicists, system engineers, and software developers from concept through implementation and validation.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, programming, and algorithm development skills.
• Experience with computer vision, including image registration and segmentation.
• Background in signal processing and estimation theory, including statistical modeling and maximum likelihood estimation.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, optimization techniques, and performance analysis.
• Research-oriented mindset, fast learning ability, and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEM imaging and semiconductor metrology applications.
