Field Service Engineers (DUV Lithography)

Location: Kumamoto, Japan; onsite at the customer site

hirify.global provides DUV lithography systems used in the development and production of next-generation image sensors.

What you will do

• Support the start-up and stable operation of DUV lithography systems at the customer site.
• Monitor equipment performance, collect and analyze diagnostic data, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Install, qualify, maintain, repair, and recover systems in accordance with approved procedures.
• Replace parts, optimize settings, and confirm safe and stable equipment recovery.
• Provide customers with guidance on system operation, malfunction recovery, and routine equipment care.
• Document technical issues and lessons learned, share knowledge, and support local capability development.

Requirements

• University, Kosen, or technical high school graduate.
• Comfort communicating in English and willingness to learn; current English proficiency is not required.
• Customer-focused, collaborative, responsible, and adaptable approach.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform precise hands-on work.
• Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts: three consecutive 12-hour workdays followed by three days off.
• Legal authorization to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting work.
