Marketing Executive, Partnerships (Events)

Location: Manila, with a 50% hybrid working model averaging two to three days onsite

What you will do

• Research and compile prospective partners aligned with event target audiences.
• Negotiate and secure partnerships that meet event objectives and deadlines.
• Build and maintain partner relationships to expand event reach and drive registrations.
• Plan and execute partner campaigns, coordinating with marketing teams on campaign collateral.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and registration codes.
• Prepare and present post-event reports covering registrations, revenue, leads, and performance insights.

Requirements

• Around two years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or account management, ideally in events.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills, including negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and time-management skills across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong copywriting, analytical, and reporting skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, creative, resilient, and results-driven approach.
