Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead (Digital Marketing)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Salary: PHP 80,000–120,000 per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Develop and own the digital marketing strategy for brand growth and lead generation.
• Lead and optimize campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and paid advertising platforms.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to improve traffic, visibility, and conversion rates.
• Manage social media strategy, content calendars, email automation workflows, and CRM integrations.
• Analyze campaign, website, and customer data to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams, while mentoring junior marketers or external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of digital marketing experience, including experience in a Marketing Manager or Lead role.
• Experience working with Australian or New Zealand clients, companies, or agencies is required.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and similar tools.
• A portfolio is required.
