What you will do

• Build AI-powered internal tools and systems from concept to production.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows across People, Finance, and Operations.
• Design and implement intelligent automations and integrations.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Own end-to-end execution, from idea generation to deployment and iteration.

Requirements

• Experience with backend, full-stack, or platform development.
• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability.
• Experience building and shipping production software or AI applications.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with AI integrations.
