is a Series B SaaS company building a category-defining platform for event marketing intelligence, backed by top-tier investors like FirstMark.
Location: Hybrid role based in New York, NY
What you will do
- Research and apply modern AI methods including agents, LLMs, and RAG to power new product capabilities.
- Architect and integrate agentic chat capabilities throughout the platform, enabling AI to reason and take action.
- Build multi-tenant AI infrastructure that meets performance, latency, and cost requirements for a B2B SaaS product.
- Own observability, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails to ensure production-grade AI features.
- Partner with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software or data engineering experience, with 3+ years building AI/ML-driven products.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with modern AI frameworks like LangChain or HuggingFace and data pipelines like Airflow or Dagster.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping user-facing features with measurable impact.
- Ability to balance research and engineering tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment.
