What you will do
- Acknowledge client enquiries and log opportunities in internal tracking systems.
- Assist with preparing, formatting, coordinating, and submitting technical proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with Technical Managers, the HSE team, and other stakeholders to gather technical and commercial information.
- Maintain proposal databases, update records, and file documents according to company procedures.
- Support general administrative activities within the office.
Requirements
- Technical graduate with a dynamic, motivated, organized, methodical, and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Proactive approach and ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to work from the Abu Dhabi office in the United Arab Emirates.
