What you will do
- Identify new customers and business opportunities in the power and energy sector.
- Assess customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle technical customer queries and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, sales performance, and CRM activity.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience in power, energy, or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Technical knowledge of the energy and power sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in ZOHO CRM, MS Office, and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
